Terms and Conditions Overview
Client Commitment: Engaging with Tomorrow's Generation for nanny or maternity nurse placements signifies acceptance of our terms, including fee payment obligations, which comprise a commitment fee to initiate a search and a matching fee once a candidate is matched, detailed via email prior to service commencement.
Notification & Cancellation: Upon accepting an employment offer, clients must inform us immediately. If a client cancels a nanny placement, they must adhere to our terms, which include compensating the nanny as specified in our cancellation policy
Refund & Replacement: We offer a no-refund policy but provide a replacement service under specific conditions within the first 4 weeks of engagement, ensuring the right match for your needs.
Confidentiality & Liability: Client confidentiality is paramount, with client responsibility for verifying candidate suitability. Tomorrow's Generation facilitates connections while the client bears ultimate hiring and employment responsibilities.
