Registration

If you decide to go ahead with using tgnc as your childcare introductory agency, we will then complete a Client Registration Form which details everything about your family and the role on offer. We issue our terms & conditions and fee sheet to you and invoice you our registration fee of £25.00+VAT to start the process.

Our initial contact with you generally involves a complimentary telephone consultation so we can discuss your needs for your family. We will talk you through how our process works, who our candidates are and what services we can offer to you in finding the best childcare solution for your family.

Candidate
Interviews

Once we have listed your role, candidates will start applying to us directly for your role on offer. We then filter through these candidates and send you those best matching to your requirements, by email. You can then request to interview one or all candidate we send to you and we arrange these on your behalf.

Referencing

All candidates have been pre-vetted by the agency prior your interview stage. This includes employment referencing, ID checks, Police background Checks, First Aid Certification & personal agency interview. Should you wish to view the files of a candidate, we charge £25.00+VAT to view our files.

Job
Offer

Once you have decided on a candidate you wish to hire, we confirm your offer and then take this to the candidate. There may be some negotiations on either side which we assist with. Once the role has been accepted we charge a £100+VAT holding fee whilst contracts are drafted for amends by the client.

Placement
Finalised

The client is given 72 hours to finalise any amends needed for the employment contract before it is issued to the candidate. Final Agency fee is payable once the final amends have been completed. The contract is sent by online-sign, to both candidate and client to formally bind their employment agreement.
