English native speaking family seek a live in family assistant to aid in the care of their three girls aged 4, 7 and 10 years old.
Starting at 07.00 the usual morning routine for a busy household will be required helping with breakfast, getting the girls ready for school, taking to school by car and ensuring the house is left tidy from the morning rush.
The day is then yours until 14.45 when you start again, picking up the youngest (school on same road) and then the older two by car, going to the park for some fresh air and then home to do homework, dinner and bath routine. Usually, a parent comes home to do bedtime leaving you time to get the children's laundry and general tidying up done.
Additional items, such as putting away groceries and running errands may be slotted into your hours when parents are able to relieve you.
The middle daughter has ADHD, this is easily managed by someone who is upbeat, has the great ability to distract and makes things fun and light hearted. Someone who is happy to play and be silly, rather than 'watch over' the girls is going to be best suited.
The house is a newly renovated 6 bedroom house (lots of stairs!) so someone active for this as well as running around outside with the girls is essential.
You will have your own bedroom and bathroom in the light and airy basement of the home, along with the playroom for chill out evening space, if desired.
Driving is essential for this role, an automatic car will be provided for work related driving.
Both parents work full time, with some of the time this being at home but mostly they go to their place of work. This therefore is very much a sole charge role, experience in this is also essential.
The hours will be Monday-Friday plus 2 nights babysitting . 07.00-09.15 & 14.45-19.45
During the holidays (8-10 weeks per year) you will be required to do fuller hours, with overtime being paid for this.
Salary is £300-315 gross per week.
All food included as standard.
This position is for long term, for those seeking something to settle into.
Starting 04th January, with the flexibility to move in slightly earlier.
The family would like to meet the candidate before hiring, but initial interviews will be held by video call.
