Does your family home need someone who can muck in with all areas? Someone to care for the children, pick up the dry cleaning, wash the bed linen, walk the dog and cook a family meal? We found that a lot of families were unsure of just what role title to give such a person. We have the solution in a Family Assistant. They are experienced in childcare, can cook, happy to clean and have a a minimum of good conversational level of English. So if you think you need more than just childcare, which is what a Nanny would offer – give us a call to discuss a family assistant today on 02081440214.

What Is A Family Assistant?

Family Assistant’s are an extra pair of hands around the home. They will help with childcare, both sole charge and shared care. They can also cook a family meal, get the laundry and ironing completed, change the beds, go shopping, pick up the dry cleaning and walk the dog. They are what we would call a ‘Middle Woman’ between an au pair (who only helps with the children and their items in the home) to a Nanny (who only does childcare and light nursery duties). They are different from a Mother’s Help, as with a Family Assistant – they can take sole charge of children, whereas a Mother’s Help is there to support Mum through the day.

Will A Family Assistant Babysit?

Yes of course, this is included for up to two nights if living in or paid extra for a live out at her standard rate.

We are not comparable to any other agency in the UK, as we offer the most competitive fees in London and the longest replacement guarantee or even a refund should things not work out!
